Meet the OTR team.
Jay McCauley, Managing Director and Senior Recruiter at Oxford Tax Recruiting
Jay began his career in audit and within three years was a regional controller for Penske Corporation, a multibillion dollar private company. His recruiting career started with a large, national firm and has been primarily focused on accounting and finance. He started Oxford Tax Recruiting in 2011 after seeing a strong opportunity to add value in the tax niche. Jay enjoys running, skiing, fishing, playing piano, listening to bluegrass music, traveling in Asia and spending time with his wife, son and friends.
Rob joined the team in February of 2016. He has a background in Executive search and has three years of experience recruiting in many different industries. Before recruiting, Rob did Market Research for a Wealth Management firm in Boulder, CO. Rob played football at Drake University prior to joining the workforce and is a huge Broncos fan. Outside the office, he can be found hanging out with his daughters, playing with his Great Danes (Brutus and Samson), or enjoying the Colorado craft beer scene with his wife.
Paula joined Oxford Tax Recruiting in February of 2017. She has a strong background in Sales and Marketing. Her previous recruiting experience was in the dental industry. Paula moved here from Buffalo, New York and is a big Bills fan. Hobbies include hiking, skiing and CrossFit. Outside of work Paula enjoys spending time with her two daughters and spunky black lab named Charlie.
Jessica recently joined the Oxford Tax Recruiting team as an Administrative Assistant. Previously, Jessica worked in the corporate office for a Worldwide Travel and Sightseeing tour company, where she was involved in planning large events and communicating with Allied Partners and Licensees. Now with OTR, Jessica supports both Addie and Jay in the office, so they can focus their attention on their candidates and clients. Jessica is also a Colorado native, who loves yoga, snowboarding, camping and hiking. She can be found on any given Friday afternoon at one of the local family- friendly breweries in Denver with her 3-year old daughter and husband.
